Located in a bustling commercial district on the European side of Istanbul Park Dedeman is a business hotel with 232 guest rooms opened in 2015.

BDS provided consultancy services for the design and engineering of the building's 9.000 m² facade, which is comprised of unitized glazing panels along with stick system curtain walling and skylights.

Off-site manufactured facade panels including glazing and metal rainscreen cladding provided better quality and faster erections while creating less nuisance in a heavily congested area of the city.
